Wissenschaft als Rechtsbegriff[Bearbeiten]
Ich weiß nicht, ob man es mit einfließen lassen möchte, aber es sei angemerkt, dass Wissenschaft in der Grundrechtsdogmatik eine abweichende Bedeutung hat. Im Zusammenhang mit Art. 5 GG wird Wissenschaft als Oberbegriff von Forschung und Lehre verstanden. --80.140.92.169 22:46, 23. Sep. 2006 (CEST)
Unklarheiten bei Unterbegriffen[Bearbeiten]

- Having thought it over, I think it's probably fair to have the "rough" translation listed, as it is a common bit of sloppiness. I've marked it as being an approximate translation, and perhaps that will help German speakers who want to be precise, as well as to help English speakers who can't figure out why a German speaker would talk about the "scientific" study of art, poetry, religion, etc. WhatamIdoing (Diskussion) 17:55, 18.
