Maybe I do not speak a lot of German, but I have investigated a lot about euthanasia and assisted dying, and I know that the translations that I have added are correct. Please, Udo T., don't be so rude, and before undoing edits of other people without asking, do a bit of research on etymology, and check how each of those terms are used in each language. Sterbehilfe is an hyperonym, and it is refering to several practices that have very different legal and ethical consequences in each country. Just check Wikipedia for more information. Regards. Ich habe keine Lust, mich jetzt mit Englisch herumzuplagen; bitte bei Bedarf einfach selber übersetzen:

• Du hast bei beiden Änderungen einfach ohne Angabe eines Grundes andere Übersetzungen entfernt. Das geht so ganz einfach nicht.
• Wir verwenden nicht "Hyponyme:" sondern "Unterbegriffe:". Und Synonyme sind etwas anderes wie Unterbegriffe (Hyponyme). Insofern war die Änderung von "Synonyme:" nach "Hyponyme:" schlicht und einfach falsch.
• Du hast dich bitte bei all deinen Bearbeitungen an unsere Regeln zu halten. Bitte lies dir doch zunächst einfach mal Wiktionary:Hilfe durch, bevor du größere Änderungen bei uns vornimmst.

Und wie stellst du dir vor, unsere deutschsprachigen Einträge zusätzlich zu Übersetzungen auch inhaltlich zu bearbeiten, wenn du Deutsch offensichtlich noch nicht mal ansatzweise beherrschst?

Udo T., as I told you, I have been researching a lot about euthanasia, assisted suicide, help to die or assisted dying. I perfectly know the terms and the regulations in most of countries. I even updated the files in Commons with the references to all the laws and sentences of the countries where they have some kind of regulation, you can check them in the section Sources here, and here. And I know enough German to be able to understand the parts of just a word, and properly translate this term in other languages. And, of course, I know enough history to know the problematic of the German word Euthanasie.

In the other hand, the main changeset in the page were the translations. I speak English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and I have notions in German and Italian.
