I will her list a number of reasons why the user:Baisemain is obviously totally unsuitable for her role as administrator and bureaucrat here in Wiktionary.

User:Baisemain's removal of unwanted users

User:Baisemain tries to silence any opponents to her rule.

This can be performed in different ways.

Either by frequently bullying a new user, with allt time new little errors that the user is accused of having made, if the user still doesn't want to obey her, she will with the help of a small group of other user, create the impression that the "whole Wiktionary" is united against the user. This will naturally lead to that the user leaves Wiktionary.

It can also be directed at established users here in Wiktionary. Then the most useful method is by repeatedly disturbing the user in various ways. By editing the same article as the user or repeatedly change things that the user has just edited.
If the user complaints about this behaviour, user:Baisemain will immidiately cry out, that she is so innocent.
Because even though user:Baisemain is so keen on criticizing other users, users that are far more knowledgable than her, she is hypersensitive when others criticize her.

I could give our previous bureaucrat Pill's (now Pajz) answer to my appeal in July 2012 (see his talk page in Wikipedia) as a reference, where he tells why he left Wiktionary.

This kind of behaviour has already caused me to quit once (February 2013), and will probably also lead to that I will quit forever here in Wiktionary.

User:Baisemain's invention of new rules

User:Baisemain has the habit to, when suitable for her needs, invent her own rules. These are presented to the unexperienced user as „Deine Praxis...wird nicht gern gesehen“, „...wird hier ziemlich kritisch gesehen“ or with a reference to the copyright rules (see e.g. the talk pages of User:LinPaling and user:Bentax). What she however forget to tell the user is that these "rules" are her own preferences and interpretations of certain laws, not any real rules or laws.

These rebukes naturally give the unexperienced user the impression that he or she has broken some rules, when he or she actually has not followed user:Baisemain's preferences.

The user:Baisemain has even deleted articles (e.g. user:Bentax's) using motivations that she could in no way substantiate, i.e. she gave one explanation but it was later shown that she deleted these articles based only on her own dislike for them.

User:Baisemain's communication methods

User:Baisemain has various strange ways to communicate with other users in Wiktionary.

First of all she likes to keep things as secret as possible, and away from the ordinary user. This is primarily done by an extensive use of the chat-fora, where she can form agreements that are not visible and traceable by other users.

This kind of behaviour is opposite to the intention of the wikis, to be an open arena where every user can participate and see the development.

User:Baisemain also sends anonymous E-mails to other users. I have myself received such E-mails. I have never received anonymous E-mails from anyone except in connection with a hooligan attack in Wiktionary, when I also received a number of threats.
I find the use of anonymous E-Mails not in line with the wiki-spirit and not a communication method used normally by grown-up people.

User:Baisemain's misconception of her role

User:Baisemain's behaviour seems to indicate that she believes that she has a special position in Wiktionary.

However she is just an ordinary user, like the rest of us, just with some additional technical privileges.

This behaviour seems to lead her to believe that she is beyond reproach from other users here in Wiktionary, and makes her hypersensitive to any criticism. She is also unable to listen to advice from the more knowledgeable users here, e.g. Dr. Karl-Heinz Best in the linguistic field.

User:Baisemain's changing user rights

User:Baisemain changes the rights of users without motivation or informing the user, see e.g. user:LinPaling and user:Bentax.

User:Baisemain's deleting articles

User:Baisemain deletes whole articles written by other users without any appropriate motivation (see e.g. user:Bentax). She refers often to some copyright rules which she however is unable to substantiate. If she has a misconception of the international copyright laws or if she deletes the articles based on some other criteria is impossible to say, since she doesn't answer any questions (see her talk page).
